Shipping Policy

Kipling Brunei usually dispatches orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of an order and tries to ensure delivery within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

DELIVERY TERMS

We offer a range of delivery options to receive the Products purchased on our Site. You can choose the one that best suits your personal needs.

1) Standard Delivery

* Delivery within 2 – 5 working days.

* Delivery is Monday to Saturday during office hours, 8am to 5pm.

* Orders placed before 12.00 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day (under normal circumstances).

Please note:

* It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions.

* Currently we deliver only within Brunei Darussalam.

* We do not deliver to P O Boxes.

2) You have an option to pick up your purchases at Kipling@The Mall, Gadong.

3) Express Same Day Delivery (Not available on Sundays and Public Holidays)

* B$20 – BSB Area
* B$30 – Temburong, Tutong, Belait Area

We will further update our clients once delivery outside of Brunei is available to the rest of the island of Borneo.
