If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 5 days.
How to make a return
1) Pack the products
Pack the order in your original packaging (different boxes or packaging can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) PLEASE ENSURE LABELS AND MONKEY are attached/enclosed.
We will arrange for the return package to be picked up by our assigned delivery partner. Ensure the package is returned to the delivery team at the date provided to you.
You may also return the package to our store at The Mall, Gadong.
All products must be returned in an undamaged, as-new condition with all labels and product swing tags attached. Any item(s) returned that does not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer and a refund will be declined.
2) Wait for return confirmation and re-fund
You’ll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed (5-7 working days).
Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Full amount charged to the original credit card will be refunded for all items confirmed and returned in a re-saleable condition.

Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have emailed you your Order Confirmation you can return them within 5 (five) calendar days of delivery of the Products and exchange the product or get a refund.
Please note any price difference in alternative product will be settled before the transaction is completed and closed.
For item(s) paid by credit card and coupon code you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment.
Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and un-used.
